Quote: (What would you like to be the quote on your character's picture.)

Text: (What type of text you would like to be used for both your Main Heading and your quote)

Colours/setting/scenery/style: (Describe the style that you want your pic to be i.e. Colours, Styles, Setting/Scenery)

Avatar: (Just answer yes or no if you would like an avatar or not)

Extra's: (if you have anything else to say, put it here)

Note To Creater: (If there is anything else you would like to say to the person who will be making your picture)
